2023 Transportation Improvement Program

Case number: LU 23-02

This is the annual update of the City’s 6-year TIP as required by RCW Chapters 35.77 and 36.81. The transportation projects include overlays and reconstruction of existing street sections located throughout the city. All work would be located within existing rights-of-way and would not be capacity-related.

Amendment to Accessory Building Setbacks for Through-lots

Case number: LU21-05

The City of Fircrest proposes to amend FMC 22.58.003 Accessory Building Exceptions. The proposal would amend FMC 22.5826.025 adding rear yard setbacks for through-lots to the list of exceptions that can be applied for through the administrative use process.

After consideration, through-lots amendments will be postponed until 2022

 


2021 Comprehensive Water System Plan

Case number: LU21-02

This is the 6-Year update of the City’s CWSP. The water system projects identified include re-coating of reservoirs and watermain replacement located throughout the city. All work would be located within existing rights-of-way.

2021 Comprehensive Plan and Development Code Updates

Case number: LU21-03

Public Notice

The City of Fircrest is hereby giving notice that the Planning and Building Department will be accepting applications for Comprehensive Plan amendments beginning March 1, 2021 and ending April 30, 2021 at 5:00PM. Except as provided for in FMC Chapter 23 and RCW 36.70A.130, amendment requests received after the deadline will not be considered during the 2021 amendment process. Information pertaining to the Comprehensive Plan and amendment process is available at City Hall, 115 Ramsdell Street, Fircrest WA 98466. Fircrest Pool and Community Center
