All interested persons may attend the hearing and provide testimony. The hearing will be conducted in accordance with FMC Chapter 22.09. Interpreters\, signers\, or other auxiliary aids will be provided upon 5 days advance notice.\nPertinent documents\, including the permit application\, project plans\, and existing environmental documentation\, are available for review at the above location. A staff report will be available for review at least five days prior to the public hearing date provided below. Copies will be provided upon request at no charge.
