Conservation Districts are non-regulatory\, we’re here to help you implement best practices for conserving local natural resources\, not to fine you for not using best practices. \nKnown in various parts of the country as “soil and water conservation districts\,” “resource conservation districts\,” “natural resource districts\,” “land conservation committees” and similar names\, we share a single mission: to coordinate assistance from all available sources—public and private\, local\, state and federal—in an effort to develop locally-driven solutions to natural resource concerns.

Over a dozen interactive exhibits will be on display for students of all ages\, ranging from flyable drones and drivable robots\, to live demonstrations by full-size Star Wars droids\, Boston Dynamics Robot Dogs\, and several robotics competition teams from the University of Washington and Tacoma schools. \nThe event will be a great opportunity for students to learn more about robotics technology in Tacoma. Enjoy learning how robots work in our everyday lives. Take part in silent auctions and raffles for great prizes\, enjoy concessions\, and see the future on display!
