Business Licenses
The City of Fircrest does require a business license as stated in Fircrest Municipal Code No. 5.04.020, “No person shall transact, engage in or carry on any business, trade, profession or occupation without first having been issued a business license…”  If you are conducting business out of your home in Fircrest, you will need a home occupation permit as well.  Please mail or drop off the application with fee.  Only cash, check, or money order accepted at this time.

Special Events
A special event on private or public property, and/or which will necessitate the use of the public right-of-way is required to obtain a special events permit.  This includes block parties, parades, and other temporary events.  Applications need to be turned into the City Clerk at least 30 days prior to start of the event.  The permit fee will be waived for block parties but the permit is still required.
