The Street Work Permit is for any work by homeowners or contractors working in the street or Right-of-Way
RIGHT-OF-WAY ENCROACHMENT PERMIT
The Right-of-Way Encroachment permit is for homeowners wanting to permit a structure that would encroach into the Right-of-Way (Fence, rock walls, etc.)
BACKFLOW PREVENTION DEVICE APPLICATION
- You will need to purchase your device before applying as you will need the serial number from it
- Every Backflow assembly must be tested annually by a Certified Backflow Assembly Tester with a copy being filed with the City of Fircrest

- Repairing or Replacing Sidewalks or Curbs Driveways, Sidewalks, Curb and Gutters Specifications
- Constructing, Repairing, or Replacing a Driveway Approach Driveways, Sidewalks, Curb and Gutters Specifications
- Replacing or Repairing Personal Water Lines
- Replacing or Repairing Personal Sewer Lines
