Employment Posters

Washington State and the federal government require all businesses with employees to prominently post labor law posters in the workplace, covering topics such as the minimum wage, health and safety, and other important labor laws.

Family & Medical Leave Act (FMLA)

Employees must provide Human Resources at least 30 days’ advance notice of an anticipated FMLA leave. When the need for leave is not foreseeable, the employee must provide notice as soon as both possible and practical. The employer has no obligation to retroactively designate leave as FMLA.
