On February 24, 2026, the Fircrest City Council adopted updates to the City’s Planning & Building Fee Schedule.
The updated fees apply to permit and planning applications submitted after February 24, 2026.
Fees can be based on project valuation or are otherwise set with the intention of recovering development-related costs by developers.
