The City Council is holding a special meeting at 6:00 PM at the City Hall, 115 Ramsdell Street. The public is invited and encouraged to attend. City Hall is accessible to disabled persons. Interpreters, signers or other auxiliary aids will be provided upon five business days advance notice.
