LOCATION: Fircrest Park located next to the pool fence on the Park side.

Set up: 3:45-4:55 pm
Ready to start: 4:55 pm
Market: 5:00–7:00 pm

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Registration opens:
Fircrest Residents: May 15
Non-resident: June 30
Priority will be given to Fircrest resident KID MAKERS.

Here are the details you need to know.

Your products must be kid made and kid managed.

KID MAKER must be between the ages of 8-17 years old.

All KID MAKER vendors must be the creators of the art, craft or products displayed for sale. (NOT created by your parent, guardian, etc.) No resell of items or food products allowed.

Space is limited to the first 25 kid vendors.*

Kid Vendors must bring their own table (no bigger than 8 feet), tent (must be no bigger than 8×8) and chairs. They are responsible for set-up, clean-up and management of their own booth.

Parent / guardians must be in attendance with their child.
Products must be family friendly.

Vendors will be accepted at the discretion of the FUN DAYS Kid Zone Team.

Once your application has been accepted, you will receive final details.

There is a $5 non-returnable registration fee.

Fircrest FUN DAYS is held outdoors and will continue RAIN or SHINE. (exception: lightning storm)

All Fircrest events are family-friendly and community oriented.

Who will make the BEST berry pie? Will it be YOU? Berries not your thing? No worries! We’re bringing back the community favorites as well!

Our Team of “Celebrity” judges are excited to sample and judge your specialty pie. Prizes and bragging rights included!

Saturday, July 19th

8:00 – 9:30 am Deliver your pie to Multi-Purpose Room at the Fircrest Community Center. Pies delivered after 9:30 am will not be accepted.

Attach your name, phone number, and email address to the bottom of your pie plate

10:45 am Judging Begins

12:30 pm Award Presentation

12:40 pm Pick-up pies/pie plates

DEADLINE TO REGISTER: Thursday, July 10th at 5:00 pm (or until registration is full)

OFFICIAL RULES:

Final pies may not contain raw or uncooked eggs

No professional bakers permitted
Pies must be 8-10” and home-made (including crust)

All pies and crust must be home-made and made from scratch

Please place baker’s name on bottom of pie plate

Plaques will be awarded, one per category, AND one for over-all Grand Champion

All winners will be announced at 12:30 P.M. at the Community Center Multi-Purpose Room. Please join us (not required)!

Fircrest Got Talent Executive Team will review all entries
All talent chosen to move forward to the Fircrest GOT TALENT Show must be available for a dress rehearsal (2:00 -3:00 pm) and the Talent Show (6:00-9:00 pm) on Friday, July 18th, at Fircrest Park
THE RULES:

Application DEADLINE EXTENDED TO JUNE 13
The audition tape must highlight the performer(s)’ talent (NO more than 3 minutes in length)
Please note that at least one member of the act must be a Fircrest resident. (current or former)
The goal is for a mix of performers – about 1/3 kids, 1/3 teens/young adults, and 1/3 older adults.
Selections will be made by the first of June with confirmations sent by the second week of June
You will be asked to be present at the community center the afternoon and evening of July 18. This is in addition to a coordinating meeting the last week of June.
You will be required to sign release forms to participate.
Audition tapes must be received by the deadline on June 13, 2025
And YES! There will be prizes! AND full Bragging Rights!
