A public hearing will be held by the hearing examiner on March 10, 2020 beginning at 2:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Fircrest City Hall Council Chambers, 115 Ramsdell Street, Fircrest, WA. All interested persons may attend the hearing and provide testimony. The hearing will be conducted in accordance with FMC Chapter 22.09. Interpreters, signers, or other auxiliary aids will be provided upon 5 days advance notice.
Pertinent documents, including the permit application, project plans, and existing environmental documentation, are available for review at the above location. A staff report will be available for review at least five days prior to the public hearing date provided below. Copies will be provided upon request at no charge. RIGHT TO APPEAL
Decisions of the Hearing Examiner on an application may be appealed by a party of record with standing to file a land use petition in superior court. Such petition must be filed within 21 days of issuance of the decision, as provided in Chapter 36.70C RCW.
