Beginner Barre

In this class, you will learn body placement and awareness, combining Pilates, yoga and ballet. We will begin with a flow yoga warm-up, followed by a lightweight upper body workout and finished with movement at the barre. Each class will conclude with stretching and breathing.

Please wear comfortable clothes to move in and bring a yoga mat.

Barre / HIIT

This class is a full body workout, alternating strength and cardio. We will begin with a 15 minute warm-up and move with timed intervals using weights and movements at the barre. This class will work balance, core, and both upper and lower body.

Barre is a low impact work out combining Pilates yoga and ballet using isometric movement. Class will begin with a flow warm-up, working balance, core and upper body. We will continue working small and large muscle groups at the barre and finish with stretching, centering and breathing on the mat.

Gentle Yoga

Learn and practice yoga to build strength, increase flexibility, and improve balance. This one-hour class includes seated, standing and balance postures, stretching, relaxation and yogic breathing.

Bring your yoga mat, blanket/towel, water bottle and yoga blocks if you have them. Gentle hatha yoga classes meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am to 10am. Join us for movement, community and connection!


Chair Yoga

Yoga Fusion

We host 3 courts every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for competitive pickleball drop in games. We have paddles and balls that can be checked out, and a few house rules posted in the gym.

Bridge for Beginners

The perfect way to get you started. This weekly meeting is ideal for anyone new to the game, returning to bridge after a break or for those who have played for some time, but would like some formal instruction.
