You will need a Permit if your project contains any of the following:
- Replacing or Repairing Side Sewer
- Replacing or Repairing Water Lines
- Doing Work in the Street Right-Of-Way
- Encroaching into the Right-Of-Way (Fence, rock walls, etc)
- Repairing or Replacing Sidewalks or Curbs
- Constructing, Repairing, or Replacing a Driveway Approach
- Installing a Backflow Device:
If installing a Backflow Device Please Note:
- You will need to purchase your device before applying as you will need the serial number from it
- Every Backflow assembly must be tested annually by a Certified Backflow Assembly Tester with a copy being filed with the City of Fircrest
