KIDZ KRAFT MAKERS MARKET at Fircrest FUN DAYS

Does your child enjoying making art projects? Do they love going to craft fairs and often make comments like “I could sell my art / craft too!” If the answers are YES!, then this Fircrest FUN DAYS event is for your child!

Fircrest FUN DAYS will soon be accepting applications for the KIDZ KRAFT MAKERS MARKET!

Fircrest residents: June 3, 2024

Non-Fircrest residnets: July 3, 2024

You can reserve their spot now by completing the vendor application below.

But first, a few details you should know.

The KIDZ CRAFT MAKERS MARKET will happen at Fircrest FUN DAYS on FRIDAY, July 19, 2024 from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Fircrest Park. The Market will be located on Fircrest Field.

Here are the facts:

• KIDZ KRAFT MAKERS (vendors) must be between the ages of 8-17 years old.
• KID Vendor products must be kid made and kid managed.
• All KID vendors must be the creators of the art, craft or products displayed for sale. (NOT created by their parent, guardian, etc.)
• Siblings may share one vendor booth and sell items together. Both Kids must be under the age of 17 years.
• No resell of items or food products allowed.
• Space is limited to the first 20 KID vendors.*
• TIMELINE: 
  • Set up time: 3:30 – 4:45 pm. Spaces will not be assigned. Booths will be set up in order of arrival.
  • Booths will be operational 5:00 – 7:00 pm
  • KID Vendors are welcome to continue selling until 9:00 pm if they choose.
• KID Vendors must bring their own supplies:
  • table(s) (no bigger than 8 feet
  • canopy / tent (no bigger than 8×8)
  • chairs
  • Make sure to practice setting up your booth in advance of the event! It will help make event day go much smoother.
• KID Vendors (with the help  of parent / guardians) are responsible for set-up, clean-up and management of their booth.
• Parent / guardians must be in attendance with their child.
• Products must be family friendly.
• KID vendors will be accepted at the discretion of the FUN DAYS Kid Zone Team.
• Once your application has been accepted, you will receive final details.
• There is a $5 non-returnable registration fee.
• Fircrest FUN DAYS is held outdoors and will continue RAIN or SHINE. (exception: lightning storm)
• All Fircrest events are family-friendly and community oriented.
