Join us at Fircrest Park for a FREE TREE Giveaway Event!

10 am: The EVENT:

• Why we love our trees
• How to plant and care for your sapling
• Tree planting demonstration
• Chalk art for kids

10-12:

• Tree Pick-up (come early to get your choice of sapling)
• Info Booths! Learn about native plants, birds, weeds, environmental justice and more

11-12: Plant a tree at Whittier Park. We’ll provide the trees, you get to practice the planting skills you just learned. Then enjoy watching the tree you planted grow over the years at the Park!

Please register by November 1st to receive your free tree(s).  After this date, trees will be available while supplies last.

There is NO COST for the trees or to participate in the event.
