Parks & Recreation Vending
The City of Fircrest Parks and Recreation offers multiple events throughout the year that include vending opportunities for artists, crafters, food trucks, non-profit, educational, and commercial vendors.
We are excited to present our 2024 Fircrest Community Events Vendor Application!
It’s going to be a fantastic, fun-filled year in Fircrest!
We now accepting vendor applications for:
- Artists and makers with handmade or highly curated, quality boutique goods
- Locally owned food trucks
- Makers of sweet treats or prepackaged food items with locally sourced / created food products
Our goal is to support local, small business owners. Please do not apply as a representative for a direct sales organization.

Event details and deadlines are included in the link. Submitting an application does NOT guarantee a spot at an event.

June 15 – Community-Wide Yard Sale
Food Trucks only
Location – Electron Avenue at Fircrest Park
11:30 am – 2:30 pm (set-up 10:30 am)
Application Deadline: March 13, 2024
June 23 – Strawberry Festival
Artisans, makers, sweet treats or prepackaged food items and food trucks
Location – Fircrest Park
5:00 pm – 9:00 pm (set-up 3:30 pm)
Food trucks: must have one strawberry menu item.
Artisans / makers: must have a minimum of two strawberry themed items for sale
Application Deadline: March 13, 2024
July 7 – Rod Run & Picnic
Food trucks only
Location – Fircrest Park
11:00 am – 3:30 pm (set-up 9:00 am)
Application Deadline: March 13, 2024
July 19 -20 – Fircrest FUN DAYS
Friday, July 19 – Fircrest FUN DAYS – Friday Night FUN
Food trucks only
Location – Electron Avenue at Fircrest Park
5:00 pm – 9:00 pm (set-up 4:00 pm)

Saturday, July 20 – Fircrest FUN DAYS – All Day Event
Artisans, Makers, Sweet Treats or prepackaged food items, food trucks, etc.
Food trucks: coffee / breakfast – 7:30 am – 3:00 pm / Others: 11:30 am – 8:00 pm (welcome to stay later) (set-up one hour prior to service)
Location – Electron Avenue at Fircrest Park
Artisans / makers, etc. – 10:00 am – 6:00 pm (set-up begins at 7:30 am)
Location – Fircrest Park
Application Deadline: March 13, 2024
August 22 – Concert, Market & Picnic in the Park
Artists, makers, sweet treats or prepackaged food items, food trucks
Location – Fircrest Park
5:00 pm – 9:00 pm (set-up 3:30 pm)
Application Deadline: May 15, 2024
December 1 – Holiday Market & Tree Lighting
Artists, makers, sweet treats or prepackaged food items, food trucks
Location – Fircrest Community Center / Electron Ave at Fircrest Park
Artists, makers, sweet treats or prepackaged food items: 12:00 noon – 8:00 pm (set-up 10:30 am)
Food trucks: 12:00 noon – 6:00 pm
Application Deadline: September 3, 2024
