Parks & Recreation Vending
The City of Fircrest Parks and Recreation offers multiple events throughout the year that include vending opportunities for artists, crafters, food trucks, non-profit, educational, and commercial vendors.
Fircrest Parks & Recreation is now accepting applications for our 2025 FIRCREST COMMUNITY EVENTS.
It’s our Centennial Celebration! We plan to celebrate BIG with more Fircrest FUN than ever before. What better way to celebrate 100 years of Community than to bring our community together for fun events!
We now accepting vendor applications for:
- Artists and makers with handmade or highly curated, quality boutique goods
- Locally owned food trucks
- Makers of sweet treats or prepackaged food items with locally sourced / created food products
Our goal is to support local, small business owners. Please do not apply as a representative for a direct sales organization.

Deadline: March 14th. Submitting an application does NOT guarantee a spot at an event.

Location – Electron Avenue at Fircrest Park
11:30 am – 2:30 pm (set-up 10:30 am)
Application Deadline: March 14, 2025
June 22 – Strawberry Festival
Artisans, makers, sweet treats or prepackaged food items and food trucks
Location – Fircrest Park
5:00 pm – 9:00 pm (set-up 3:30 pm)
Food trucks: must have one strawberry menu item.
Artisans / makers: must have a minimum of two strawberry themed items for sale
Application Deadline: March 14, 2025
July 5 – Derby Days
Food trucks only

11:00 am – 3:30 pm (set-up 9:00 am)

Saturday, July 29 – Fircrest FUN DAYS – All Day Event
Artisans, Makers, Sweet Treats or prepackaged food items, food trucks, etc.
Food trucks: coffee / breakfast – 7:30 am – 3:00 pm / Others: 11:30 am – 8:00 pm (welcome to stay later) (set-up one hour prior to service)
Location – Electron Avenue at Fircrest Park
Artisans / makers, etc. – 10:00 am – 6:00 pm (set-up begins at 7:30 am)

August 14 – Concert, Market & Picnic in the Park

December 7 – Holiday Market & Tree Lighting

Artists, makers, sweet treats or prepackaged food items: 12:00 noon – 8:00 pm (set-up 10:30 am)
Food trucks: 12:00 noon – 6:00 pm
