Repairing or replacing your side sewer, and NOT cutting into the street?
No, you do not need a permit we do, however, ask that you allow us to inspect your sewer line/repair before you bury it.
I am going to be working in the Street Right-Of-Way
You will need a Right-of Way STREET WORK PERMIT
I am going to be encroaching into the Right-of-Way (fence, rock wall, etc)
You will need a RIGHT-OF-WAY ENCROACHMENT PERMIT
Repairing or replacing your sidewalk and/or curb?

Yes, you will need a STREET WORK PERMIT

Installing a backflow device?
You will need a BACKFLOW PREVENTION DEVICE APPLICATION.
Please NOTE:
- You will need to purchase your backflow device before applying as you will need the make and serial number of the device to complete the permit application.
- Every Backflow Assembly MUST be tested ANNUALLY by a Certified Backflow Assembly Tester with a copy of the annual test to be filed with the City of Fircrest each year.
