NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Fircrest has received an application for a major variance to construct a 192 square foot accessory structure in the required setback of a through-lot at 1204 Coral Drive, Fircrest WA. The Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter on July 10, 2017 to consider the application.

The public is invited to comment on the proposal beginning June 23, 2017 and ending July 6, 2017 at 5:00 PM. Copies of the application materials are available for public review at Fircrest City Hall, 115 Ramsdell Street, Fircrest WA 98466. Citizens attending the public hearing have the right to provide written and oral comments. Interpreters, signers, or other auxiliary aids will be provided upon 48-hours advance notice.
