The Fircrest Municipal Court is issuing a Request for Proposals to invite prospective collection agencies that are interested in providing their services. While attempting to maximize the Court’s collections, it is critical this objective be achieved without negative exposure to the Court and with careful consideration of consumers’ rights. Furthermore, the Fircrest Municipal Court is committed to a consumer‐focused process that must be honored throughout the collection cycle.
