CITY OF FIRCREST
NOTICE OF ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION FOR A NEW 4,706 SQUARE FOOT RESTAURANT WITH DRIVE THRU.

The City of Fircrest has issued a Mitigated Determination of Nonsignificance for a preliminary site plan review for a new 4,706 square foot restaurant with drive-through facility and major variance to authorize 48 off-street parking stalls. The project is located at 6520 and 6602 19th Street West, Fircrest WA 98466. The City has determined that the proposal does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required for the proposal under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). These decisions were made based on other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available on the website: www.cityoffircrest.net. The deadline for submitting written comments on, or an appeal of, the SEPA determination is Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at 5:00PM.
