The City has received several questions related to the new automated, cold storage warehouse located to the east of Orchard Street in the City of Tacoma. Pages 15 and 16 of the TIA, provide the conclusions of the traffic impact analysis, which does not predict a significant impact on the Emerson and Orchard intersection.
